Debra Everman then bills me for the 45 minutes she sat and talked to the defendant. I was under the impression that it was a conflict of interest to sit down and have counsel with the opposing party.

Absense of Ethics

Debra Everman filed her small claims suit after I notified her that I intended on filing a compaint with the Idaho Bar Association.

Most professionals would due what they could to try and rectify a mistake. Debra Everman decided to grossly overbill me instead!!!

Unprofessional

Debra Everman would not return my phone calls and did not send me an itemized billing when I requested it. Three months after the new modification was filed, I personally had to go to the courthouse.

I showed up to her office after hiring her and her assistant was running around in her pajamas and Debra looked like she had just gotten out of bed and was going to work in the garden.

Then after I made it clear that I was planning on filing a complaint, Debra Everman and the Everman Law Offices filed a small claims suit. This lawyer has no ethical standard and will gouge her clients for all that she can.
